Youth Soccer Training and Camps

By registering for and participating in soccer training, camps, and related activities ("Activities") operated by Corinne Briers, Aspire Soccer Coaching staff, and AYSO (collectively, the "Released Parties"), I, the parent/legal guardian of the registered participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: I fully understand that:
- Soccer is a contact sport involving physical activity
- Participation carries risks of injury from contact with other participants, equipment, facilities, and ground surfaces
- Weather conditions may affect safety
- Despite safety precautions, injuries can and do occur

2. Waiver and Release: In consideration for allowing participation in these Activities, I hereby:
- Voluntarily waive, release, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to participation in the Activities
- Release the Released Parties from liability for any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property

3. Medical Authorization: I certify that the participant is physically fit to participate and authorize any emergency first aid, medication, or medical treatment that may be necessary in connection with participation in the Activities.

4. Acknowledgment: By completing this registration and payment, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and release, understand its terms, and agree to them freely and voluntarily. I acknowledge that this waiver and release is valid for all Activities operated by the Released Parties in which the participant may participate.
